Most of you say you don’t have time to spend on exercising. Well, I have news for you!
I have spent the majority of my fitness career trying to make the most of my workouts in the least amount of time because, for those who know me, I am quite busy.  I would like to share with you some of my secrets on how I stay fit all year long, daily.  I have created a program called the Daily Discipline which reminds myself and others to get up on your feet for a short three minutes a day.
If you can't find the moments to do this, the following is impossible to ignore:
• while waiting for your toast to pop, do calf raises, followed by a stretch;
• while you are brushing your teeth, do squats, followed by a stretch;
• while you are doing the dishes, do leg lifts, followed by stretching;
• while you are watching television, do crunches, followed by long stretches.
As you can see, you can make the most of your time. When you continue to make slight changes in your activities they will become habit, just like brushing your teeth, doing the dishes and all the other small chores we have in life.
