Usick, Ruth (Mrs. Stan)

Went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at her home. Ruth (Boyko) Usick age 76 years of Elmira. Beloved wife of Stan Usick for 56 years.
Dear mother of the late Val Ferguson (April 2008).
Loving and energetic granny of Annastasia “Tasha” and K.J. Ferguson.
Daughter of Margaret Boyko and the late Michael Boyko. Sister and sister-in-law of Inez Stewart, Don and Mickie Boyko, Eleanor Vanderwater, Marion Boyko, Sherion and Larry Chemerika.
Predeceased by her brother Rudy, brother-in-law Van Vanderwater.
A memorial service to celebrate Ruth’s life and faith was held at Woodside Bible Fellowship, 200 Barnswallow Drive, Elmira on Sunday, August 22, 2010 at 3 p.m. with Pastor Dan Allen officiating. Interment has taken place in Elmira Union Cemetery.

Bauman, Minerva (Weber)

On Saturday, August 21, 2010 at her home, RR 2, Drayton. Wife of the late Urias Bauman (1993).
Mother of Melvin and Eva of RR 1, St. Clements, Harvey and Florence of RR 2, Drayton, Edgar and Lena of RR 2, Palmerston, Elsie and Ivan Martin of RR 4, Elmira, Laverne and Irene of RR 2, Drayton.
Survived by 17 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren.
Sister of Lydiann Martin (Wesley), Isaac and Malinda Weber.
Predeceased by her parents Amos and Susannah Weber, one granddaughter and one grandson.
Friends called at the home of Laverne Bauman, RR 2, Drayton, 3201 Floradale Road, on Tuesday, August 24, from 10 a.m. to noon and 2 to 8 p.m. where funeral service was held at home at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, August 24, then to North Woolwich Mennonite Meeting House for further service and burial in the adjoining cemetery.
