Floradale scored in each of the periods to post the first shut-out win of the season. The team scored twice in the first and second periods, then added a lone goal in the third for the convincing win.

Dan Martin and Tim Freeman led the scoring, both earning one goal and two assists. Ryan Martin followed with one goal and one assist. Ryan Somerville and Gary Martin rounded off the scoring with one goal each. Willis Martin, Josh Brohman and Brendan Jefferson each recorded a single assist.

Drayton 4
Community 1
At the end of the first period it looked like Community may have a chance in the game. Mike Hessels set up Nick Stevens for the opening Drayton goal. But Community came back with a goal to keep the pace. Rick Brubacher and Gerald Martin worked with Delmer Frey to tie the game after one period of play.

Drayton took the lead in the second period with one unanswered goal. Robin Curry picked up the loose puck and sent it to the back of the Community net.

Drayton added another pair of goals in the third to complete the win. Jerry Robous and Herman Mulder were the finishers, with Rob DeWeerd, Nick Stevens and Mark Timmerman playing the role of set-up men.

Listowel 4
Missionary 1
After getting off to a slow start this season, Listowel posted a win to start the climb in the standings. Each team traded goals in the first to end the period in a tie. Dennis Carter scored the Listowel goal, assisted by Gary Martin and Ted Albrecht.

Missionary answered with a goal by Ryan Roth, assisted by Bryan Deen and Mike Duff.

However, Listowel took the lead late in the second. Gary Martin worked his magic to score the unassisted go-ahead goal.

Listowel added two more goals in the third to secure the win. Ted Albrecht and Gary Martin scored the goals, each being set up by Dave Stewart.
